How do you photograph family sessions?
If you like what you've been seeing on my website, then let me help you choose a spot and time slot! I have an excellent eye for lighting, so trusting me to capture your family is key!
Additionally, I enjoy shooting candid and posed, so your album will be stuffed with all that fun stuff!
During the session, I love capturing everyone together, of course, but if you have children, I love to capture them on their own too. Flexibility is key in order to give you an album presented with creativity and variety!
Can we bring our pet?
Absolutely! As long as you're okay with me non-stop clicking my cam and 'awww'ing' the entire time! (LOL!)
When will we get our photos?
This answer applies to lifestyle sessions only (not wedding/engagements): Depending on the season, I've delivered in two days or two weeks at the very most! It truly depends on how busy things get. When we book, I can give you a more accurate answer, but just know I will be in contact with you to let you know what's happening. I am always, always reachable!
When is the BEST time to take pictures?
For outdoor, early morning or 'golden' light evening time. That last hour or two before the sun goes down, and soon after the sun is gone (romantic blue hour!), gives off the best type of lighting. Shooting in the middle of the day with harsh lighting smacking off the top of your head isn't the best option and will send us racing for some shade. If golden/blue hour time slots do not work for you, we would then base this question on WHERE the best location for photos should be taken. Perhaps, an area where more trees/shade is available.
